Are you curious about what mindfulness is or whether practicing it would benefit you? Then book your space on this free introduction session, suitable for anyone interested in learning more about mindfulness.
Mark from Mindfulness Berkshire will host, and describe the basics of mindfulness in a secular context, and some of the benefits those who practice have noticed. We’ll also try a meditation practice or two, and look briefly at the 8-week mindfulness course – which is the most tested route for learning mindfulness skills.
The session will start at 7.30pm, and finish by 8.30pm. There is no charge for the session, just bring your questions, or at least your curiosity and find out what mindfulness is all about.
