Mindfulness Practice Drop-inTo continually improve our mindfulness ability in daily life, like any skill, we practice regularly.  Our practice group drop-in allows those familiar with mindfulness to meet with a small group of like-minded people. Over an hour, we typically use two meditation practices of 25 and 10 minutes and have the opportunity to discuss some aspects of mindfulness in daily life.

Everyone who has attended my mindfulness course or retreat is welcome to attend the practice sessions.  If this doesn’t describe you, perhaps you could watch my What is Mindfulness introduction session to find out more about mindfulness, and join an 8-week day or evening course (like the 8-week Mindfulness for Wellbeing course that I run regularly) – feel free to contact me if you’re unsure whether it will be appropriate.

Cost: There is an optional donation of £5 to attend the sessions
