The Getting (Re)Started with Mindfulness Retreat is a day workshop that introduces mindfulness and helps you experiment and practice mindfulness skills. It’s a great way to get started with mindfulness or restart if you haven’t practised for a while.
The Mindfulness Practice Retreat is a mindfulness practice day for those more familiar with mindfulness who are looking to deepen their practice – or have a restorative day!
