Mindful Coaching

An eight week mindfulness course is a wonderful way to learn about how our mind works, and to become more mindful in daily life. Supporting a way to look at and experience our lives with clarity and discernment.  In one to one coaching sessions, you get the opportunity to bring mindful awareness and insight to chosen areas of your life.

There are a number of reasons why people have chosen one to one coaching, including, but not limited to:

  • Looking to work differently with a particular personal challenge
  • Developing ones insight and skills in mindfulness (perhaps following an 8-week course)
  • To compensate for missing a week on an 8-week course
  • Bring a different level of creativity to daily life, or a particular challenge

The sessions are run usually at The Haven Wellbeing Hub, in Wokingham, and can also be at a location of your choice (with a small extra cost for travel 2+ miles), or held using Skype.  The cost is £85 per hour (£75 at your own venue, plus travel).
